The CAISS credential recognizes advanced expertise in accurately coding traumatic injuries and maintaining high-quality trauma registry data. That data is essential for measuring patient outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement, supporting injury prevention initiatives, and ensuring compliance with national quality standards.
As an American College of Surgeons verified Level III Trauma Center, Raleigh General Hospital continually invests in the education and professional development of its trauma team.
